Anita Martel is a partner of Perry-Martel International, one of North America’s top executive search, recruiting and placement firms, and performance consultant in Emotional Intelligence.
Through her 20 year career Anita has focused on program development and management, education and counseling within the human resources, academic and addictions fields.
She is now using the skills she acquired to enable her to deliver leadership development programs and individual career coaching within workshop and one on one settings.
As a Certified BarOn EQ-I administrator Anita is devoted to help leaders, individuals and teams increase their effectiveness and attain their full potential by assisting and coaching them in the transformation of their thinking. This will in turn increase their effectiveness, help improve performance and generate strategic and informed actions that will impact bottom line bringing about sought after results.
Anita graduated from McGill University with a BA in Psychology, was a Commissioned Officer, is a Registered Guild Recruiter, a member of the Canadian Advance Technology Alliance, fluently bilingual and a mother of four.
