A strategic partnership with the Canadian Advanced Technology Alliance (CATAAlliance) in 1991 provided the chance for Perry-Martel to breakout into the technology executive earch space.

Two years later, in September of 1993, Perry-Martel International had worked it's way up the rungs to it's first CTO placement.

Hot on the heels of their first success, Perry-Martel quickly followed up with a CFO, VP of Sales and VP of Marketing, completing their first 'Hat Trick'. The clients, ObjectTime, were ecstatic with the newfound growth they were experiencing, resulting in several articles being written about Perry-Martel's success focused approach.

Two decades later, Perry-Martel International found itself on the board of Women in Communications and Technology and giving talks to the Canadian Association of Engineers. Their methods had evolved, but the core of their success focused approach remained, refined into the Inside Out Approach.
